SB 1516 (2011) -  Community Associations

Requires an insurance company insuring condominium association property to provide notice to unit owners if the insurance will be cancelled or not renewed by the association. Authorizes the board of a condominium association to install impact glass or other code-compliant windows under certain circumstances. Provides that a member of a homeowners' association has the right to speak on any matter placed on the agenda of the board of the association for at least 3 minutes, etc.
