Annual Intangible Personal Property Tax: Repeals the annual intangible personal property tax; provides intent with respect to tax previously imposed and to continuing assessment and collection of the tax for all periods available for assessment; authorizes the Department of Revenue to adopt emergency rules.
Effective Date: January 1, 2007, except as otherwise provided.
