Slot Machine Gaming: Revises requirements for issuance or renewal of slot machine license; requires applicant to have on file agreement with Florida Standardbred Breeders & Owners Association, Florida Greyhound Association, Inc., or International Jai Alai Players Association which governs payment of purses & awards; provides for payment of awards on live races to specified entities.
