Public Records Exemption for Foster Parent Applicants and Licensed Foster Parents : Expands the public records exemption for specified information relating to foster parents to include foster parent applicants and medical records of licensed foster parents and foster parent applicants; narrows the exemption to remove information contained in neighbor references; makes exempt the name, address, and telephone number of persons providing character or neighbor references; provides for expiration and retroactive application of the exemptions; clarifies language and makes editorial changes; provides for future review and repeal of the exemptions; provides a statement of public necessity.
Effective Date: This act shall take effect June 2, 2003
