HB 1615 (2003) -  Practice of Naturopathic Medicine

Provides requirements for the practice of naturopathic medicine; creates the Board of Naturopathic Medicine; reassigns specified duties of the board and Department of Health; increases fees; revises educational requirements for naturopathic physicians licensed on or after a specified date; exempts from licensure supplement retailers, persons acting on religious grounds, and persons administering domestic or family remedies.
Effective Date: This act shall take effect July 1, 2003
