Work Experience and Job Training for Noncustodial Parents:
Requires the Agency for Workforce Innovation to administer a work experience and job training program for noncustodial parents; provides a penalty for nonparticipation; provides criteria for participation in such program; provides requirements for a service provider; specifies prohibited activities of a service provider; directs the agency to enter into private contracts for the provision of services; provides selection criteria for providers under such contracts; provides rulemaking authority; imposes an additional dissolution of marriage filing charge; requires the clerk of court to transfer charge proceeds to the agency.
