transfers all powers, duties, responsibilities, functions, personnel,
property, & appropriations of Mobile Home & Recreational Vehicle Construction
Bureau in HSMV to DCA; requires dealers in secondhand mobile homes to apply
for certificate of title with HSMV; requires nonresident mobile home dealers
to apply for certificate of title, register with DOR, & pay license tax, etc.
Amends FS.
