HB 57 (2006) -  Student Assessment

Requires the Department of Education to conduct concordance studies to determine FCAT equivalencies for high school graduation; deletes a limitation on the use of alternative assessments for the grade 10 FCAT; requires the department to conduct a concordance study to identify alternative examinations for the grade 10 FCAT for students with limited English proficiency.
Effective Date: July 1, 2006.
