HB 101 (2006) -  Motor Fuel Marketing Practices Act

Repeals the Motor Fuel Marketing Practices Act, to terminate regulation of such practices under that act, and authorizes citation of the repealing act as the Motor Fuel Relief Act of 2006.
Effective Date: July 1, 2006.
