General Bill
The Seniors' Safety Act:
provides for reclassification of felonies committed against elderly or
disabled; provides for reclassification of misdemeanors committed against
persons 65 years of age or older; provides for mandatory term of imprisonment
for certain thefts against persons 65 years of age or older & for certain
acts of exploitation against elderly person or disabled adult, etc. Creates
775.0847; amends 784.08, 812.0145, 825.103, 775.0877, 921.0022.
