CS/SB 224 (2006) -  Road Rage Reduction Act

General Bill by Transportation and Bennett
Road Rage Reduction Act: defines term "road rage"; requires operator of motor vehicle to yield left lane when being overtaken on multilane highway; revises number of specified acts necessary to qualify as aggressive careless driver; provides specified punishments for aggressive careless driving; provides that second or subsequent infraction as said driver requires attendance at mandatory hearing; provides for disposition of increased penalties etc. Amends FS.
