CS/SB 450 (2006) -  Electronic Monitoring

General Bill by Criminal Justice and Wise (CO-SPONSORS) Crist
Electronic Monitoring: authorizes bail bond agents to be vendors of electronic monitoring services; provides for electronic monitoring of certain persons on pretrial release; requires chief judge of each circuit to maintain list of licensed bail bond agents who are eligible private vendors for provision of said services; provides for said monitoring of inmates within correctional facilities & juvenile offenders within juvenile facilities, respectively, etc. Amends FS.
