General Bill by Governmental Oversight and Productivity and Health Care
Public Records & Meetings/AHCA/OGSR: amends provision which provides exemption from said records requirements for rebate amount, percent of rebate, manufacturer's pricing, & supplemental rebate held by AHCA re preferred drug list established by AHCA & exemption from public-meetings requirements for that portion of meeting of Medicaid Pharmaceutical & Therapeutics Committee at which such rebate amounts, percent of rebates, such pricing & rebates are discussed, etc. Amends 409.91196.
