SB 574 (2006) -  Eminent Domain/Limitation of Power

prohibits, under certain conditions, state agency, political subdivision, or corporation acting on behalf of state agency or political subdivision from taking private property through use of eminent domain; limits exercise of eminent domain authority by county, municipality, or community redevelopment agency under Community Redevelopment Act of 1969, etc. Amends 163.375.
