HB 475 (2006) -  Family and School Partnership for Student Achievement Act

Requires Department of Education guidelines for a parent guide to successful student achievement to include information about parents' rights relating to their child's permanent record; requires that a checklist of parental actions that can strengthen parental involvement in their child's education be reviewed during parent-teacher conferences.
