CS/SB 1146 (2006) -  Maximum Class Size/Teachers

by Judiciary and King (CO-SPONSORS) Wise; Fasano
provides that each teacher assigned to any classroom must be included in calculation for compliance with constitutional class-size limits; provides criteria for teaching strategies that involve assigning more than one teacher to classroom; provides retroactive application; prohibits imposition of penalties for use of any legal strategy re implementation of class-size reduction. Amends 1003.03.
