General Bill
Reporting of Criminal Violations:
Requires the Department of Health or the appropriate board to report apparent violations of law to law enforcement agencies and apparent Medicaid fraud to the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit in the Department of Legal Affairs for prompt investigation.

July 1, 2006.
