SB 1420 (2006) -  Physicians/Supervisory Relationship

defines term "physician office practice setting"; provides standards for arrangements in which physician or osteopathic physician is in supervisory relationship over advanced registered nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or EMT outside physician office practice setting; provides for rules; revises makeup of committee that has approval powers over acts constituting advanced or specialized nursing practice. Amends FS.
