CS/SB 1454 (2006) -  Juvenile Sexual Offenders

General Bill by Criminal Justice and Wise
Juvenile Sexual Offenders: defines terms "psychosexual evaluation" & "qualified sexual offender practitioner"; requires court to order said evaluation for said offender; requires predisposition report to include evaluation of results & recommendations of evaluation; requires court to consider evaluation prior to requiring that offender be treated by community-based juvenile sexual offender treatment program; creates task force, etc. Amends Ch. 985.
