HB 869 (2006) -  State Housing Strategy

Revises policy guidelines of the state housing strategy relating to new programs for housing production or rehabilitation to provide that the distribution of housing funds for multifamily rental housing should be designed to address the housing needs of persons most in need of housing and that a certain minimum percentage of housing units funded should be targeted to extremely low-income persons; defines the term "extremely low-income persons."
Effective Date: July 1, 2006.
