requires juvenile probation officer to determine country of citizenship of each child referred to DJJ; requires said officer to report information to dept. & U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement Agency; requires dept. to develop centralized, automated database to collect information on country of citizenship for children referred to dept.; directs dept. to make information available to certain federal, state, & local agencies, etc. Amends Ch. 985.
