Worker's Compensation/Pub. Rec.: provides exemption from public-records requirements for certain records of Fla. Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association, Inc.; authorizes release of records that are confidential & exempt from disclosure to another agency in performance of that agency's official duties; provides exemption from public-meetings requirements for portions of meeting of association's board of governors or subcommittee, etc. Creates 627.3121.
