Byrd Alzheimer's Center/OGSR: amends specified provision which provides exemption from public-records requirements for personal ID information re clients of programs created or funded through Johnnie B. Byrd, Sr., Alzheimer's Center & Research Institute & held by institute, University of South Fla., or State Board of Education, medical or health records re patients held by institute & materials that relate to methods of manufacture or production, etc. Amends 1004.445.
