SB 2104 (2006) -  Waterfront Property

requires ordinance to designate percentage or amount of ad valorem tax deferral for recreational & commercial working waterfront properties; requires ordinance to include type of public lodging establishments that may be granted ad valorem tax deferral; provides that there is important state interest in recreational access to state's navigable waters; provides that access to said waters is vital to tourists, etc. Amends 197.303, 324.07.
