General Bill
Advance Directive/Licenses/ID Cards:
defines "advance directive" for purposes of administration of driver's
licenses & ID cards; requires that application for ID card or driver's
license include option for applicant to request that existence of said
directive be noted on said card or license; requires that said licenses or
cards issued or reissued by HSMV be prominently marked with words "Advance
Directive" when such notation is requested, etc. Amends Ch. 322.
