CS/SB 2468 (2006) -  DUI/Jillian's Law

by Criminal Justice and Campbell
provides that, if person drives under influence of alcohol or specified chemical or controlled substance & causes damage to property or person, serious bodily injury, or death to another human being or unborn quick child, rebuttable presumption is created that person caused or contributed to causing damage to property or person, serious bodily injury, or death to another human being or unborn quick child, etc. Amends 316.193, 782.071.
