HB 1487 (2006) -  Violation of Probation or Community Control

Requires a court for violations in specified circumstances to revoke a probationer's or offender's probation or community control, to adjudicate the person guilty of the offense forming the basis of the probation or community control, and impose a term of imprisonment that the court might have imposed before placing the person on probation or in community control.
Effective Date: July 1, 2006.
