Job Opportunites for Youths:
Provides legislative intent to support statewide vocational training and placement provided to at-risk youth through the Professional Opportunities Program for Students, Inc.; requires a report to the Legislature; requires Workforce Florida, Inc., to be the fiscal agent for the statewide Professional Opportunities Program for Students, Inc; revises the percentage of monthly collections of the excise taxes on alcoholic beverages to be deposited into the Alcoholic Beverage and Tobacco Trust Fund; requires a certain percentage of net collections to be deposited into the Employment Security Administration Trust Fund within the Agency for Workforce Innovation for allocation to Workforce Florida, Inc; requires Workforce Florida, Inc., to distribute those funds to Professional Opportunities Program for Students, Inc; revises the excise tax amount payable by manufacturers, distributors, and vendors of malt beverages.
