Review under the Open Government Sunset Review Act regarding the Communications Services Tax Simplification Law: Reorganizes and makes editorial changes to current provisions of the state revenue laws which provide an exemption from public records requirements for all information contained in returns, reports, accounts, or declarations received by the Department of Revenue, including investigative reports and information and letters of technical advice, under enumerated sections and chapters of the Florida Statutes; removes the scheduled repeal of the exemption from public records requirements for such information received by the department under the Communications Services Tax Simplification Law.
