SB 554 (2007) -  Telephone Solicitation/Political [EPCC]

defines term "politically oriented telephone call"; prohibits telephone solicitor or person acting on behalf of candidate for federal, state, or local political office, committee of continuous existence, or other political entity from making politically oriented telephone call to person whose number is in "no sales solicitation calls" list maintained by DOACS or which involves playing of recorded message. Amends 501.059.
