Designates act "Highway Safety Act"; requires operator of motor vehicle to yield left lane when being overtaken on multilane highway; revises number of specified acts necessary to qualify as aggressive careless driver; provides specified punishments for aggressive careless driving; provides that second or subsequent infraction as aggressive careless driver requires attendance at mandatory hearing; provides for disposition of increased penalties; requires DHSMV to provide educational awareness campaign.
Effective Date: July 1, 2007.
