prescribes applicability of consumer protection laws to business of insurance; revises determination of rate standards for medical malpractice insurance; deletes provision that medical malpractice insureds may be required by their insurers to be members of certain professional societies; requires rate rollback for medical malpractice insurance; authorizes OIR to adopt rules, etc. Amends Ch. 627; creates 624.156.
