General Bill by Banking and Insurance and Fasano
Surplus Lines Coverage [EPCC]: provides requirements for insurance coverage eligible for export for residential property risks; requires that surplus lines agents who sell surplus lines of homeowners' insurance provide customers, who also are eligible for coverage through Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, with premium rate quote from said corporation before selling such surplus lines policy, etc. Amends 626.916; creates 626.9232.
