Provides additional requirements for qualification as write-in candidate relating to disclosure of party affiliation; requires write-in candidates to pay filing fees & election assessments for qualification; specifies amount of fees & assessments; authorizes write-in candidates to qualify by petition process; provides for deposit of fees; provides conditions under which blank spaces for write-in candidates are placed on primary ballot; specifies amount of party assessments required of write-in candidates registered as members of political party.
