Driving and Boating Under the Influence: Designates act "Barry and Sydney Mazer Act"; requires specified period of imprisonment for fourth or subsequent DUI conviction; requires impoundment or immobilization of all vehicles owned by defendant for specified period; requires specified period of imprisonment for fourth or subsequent BUI conviction; requires impoundment or immobilization of vessel operated by or in actual control of defendant or any one vehicle registered in defendant's name at time of impoundment or immobilization for specified period; provides for dismissal of impoundment or immobilization orders; revises applicability of certain sanctions; prohibits substitution of treatment alternatives in certain circumstances; requires records of judgments of guilty to include fingerprints & social security numbers.
