General Bill
Lifeline Telecommunications Services [RPCC]:
requires each state agency that determines that person is eligible for
Lifeline service to act immediately to ensure that person is enrolled in
Lifeline service program; requires that PSC adopt rules by specified date;
requires PSC, DCFS, & Public Counsel Office to enter into memorandum of
understanding re their respective duties under Lifeline service program.
Amends 364.10.
