Child Sexual Abuse Reporting and Evidence Collection: Requires health care practitioners, personnel of abortion clinics or abortion referral or counseling agencies, & certain other persons to report pregnancy of child under 16 to law enforcement agencies; provides exceptions; requires health care practitioner who performs abortion on child under 16 to collect & preserve DNA from child & fetus; provides for transmission to FDLE & testing; provides for use in certain proceedings; authorizes DOH to revoke, suspend, or deny renewal of license of practitioner or clinic in certain circumstances; provides for abrogation of privileged quality of communications in certain circumstances.
Effective Date: July 1, 2007.
