Florida Retirement System: Consolidates operation of Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Supplemental Retirement Program under FRS; provides for assumption of program liabilities & obligations; abolishes Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Supplemental Retirement Trust Fund; bars program participants from membership in FRS; amends provisions relating to establishment & administration of Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Supplemental Retirement Program; redefines term "trust fund" for purposes of administering program; provides rate of monthly contributions; removes provisions relating to investments of program trust fund; provides declaration of important state interest.
