General Bill
Sexually Violent Predators:
Provides for information concerning sexual acts & sexual motivation in person's criminal history to be provided to multidisciplinary team treating sexually violent predator; authorizes employment of certified correctional officers by certain facilities; provides for use of physical force against person confined in secure facility as sexually violent predator; provides for examinations, reports, & investigations following use of force; provides for criminal penalties when force is used with malicious intent; requires judgment in felony offense in which record demonstrates sexual motivation to identify offense as involving sexual motivation.
