Taxation: Revises various provisions of tax law relating to disbursement of surplus funds after judicial sales, imposition of tourist development & tourist impact taxes, estate tax returns, exempt sales for resale, communications services taxes, filing returns electronically, temporary fuel tax & pollutant tax licenses, phosphate rock severance tax, sales & use tax, tax on vending machine & coin-operated amusement machine sales, taxation of service warranties, registration of businesses & collection of taxes, unemployment taxes, refunds of overpayments of insurance premium taxes, & reimbursement of portions of ad valorem taxes on homestead property rendered uninhabitable due to tornadoes & portions of sales taxes paid on mobile homes purchased to replace storm-damaged mobile homes.
