General Bill
Documents Excise Tax Distribution/State Housing TF [RPCC]:
Revises provisions governing the distribution of a portion of the proceeds of
the excise tax on documents to the State Housing Trust Fund. Provides for the
annual appropriation of at least 90 percent of the tax proceeds distributed
to the trust fund to provide affordable housing units and other purposes for
which the trust fund was created, etc.
