General Bill
Employee Leasing Companies [EPCC]:
Cites this act as the "Accurate Employment Statistics Enhancement Act."
Redefines the term "employee leasing company" for purposes of the
Unemployment Compensation Law. Requires that each employee leasing company at
all times maintain a workers' compensation policy. Requires an employee
leasing company to notify its employees if said company terminates its
agreement with a client company, etc.
