CS/CS/SB 706 (2008) -  Special Risk Class Retirement Benefits [LPCC]

Prohibits certain members of the Special Risk Class from being reemployed or contracting with the same employing agency from which the member retired. Extends the period of time during which certain Special Risk Class members may participate in the Florida Retirement System Deferred Retirement Option Program. Deletes obsolete provisions, etc.
