CS/SB 1030 (2008) -  Highway Safety [EPCC]

General Bill by Transportation and Gaetz (CO-SPONSORS) Baker
Highway Safety [EPCC]: Creates the "Deputy Michael Callin, Michael Haligowski, and Deputy Ryan C. Seguin Memorial Traffic Safety Act." Authorizes the court to withhold adjudication of certain violations related to driving without a valid license if the person cited meets certain conditions. Revises penalty provisions for a person who drives a motor vehicle when his or her driver license has been permanently revoked, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2008 except as otherwise provided
