Enterprise Zones/City of Ocala [EPCC]: Authorizes the City of Ocala to apply to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development (OTTED) for the designation of an enterprise zone. Provides an application deadline of December 31, 2008. Requires the OTTED to establish the initial effective date of the enterprise zone, etc.
