Political Advertisements: Provides for creation of Florida Campaign Sunshine website; requires website link to be placed on homepages of Department of State & Division of Elections; requires that contents be made public; requires submission of political advertisements & supporting documentation to division withinin specified time periods; requires division to post certain materials on website within 24 hours of receipt; requires submission of names of contacts & parties paying for advertisements to division; requires link on website to department's website for campaign finance.
