General Bill
Discipline of Students with Disabilities:
Requires training of school personnel in procedures for safely restraining students with disabilities in case of emergency; prohibits restraint except in specified circumstances; authorizes time-out in certain circumstances; prohibits forced seclusion of students; requires preparation, submission, & review of incident reports.
