General Bill
Residential Property Insurance/Mitigation Discount [EPCC]:
Requires that the Office of Insurance Regulation develop and make publicly
available before a specified deadline a proposed method for insurers to
establish windstorm mitigation premium discounts that correlate to the
uniform home rating scale. Requires insurers to make rate filings pursuant to
such method, etc.
