General Bill by General Government Appropriations and Regulated Industries and Aronberg

Pari-mutuel Wagering Permitholders [EPCC]: Provides for a jai alai permitholder meeting certain conditions to apply to the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering to convert a permit to conduct jai alai to a permit to conduct greyhound racing. Directs the division to issue a permit to conduct greyhound racing if certain conditions are met. Provides for the relocation of certain permits, etc.
