HB 1229 (2008) -  State Economic Development Incentitives for the Recreational Marine Industry

Creates Recreational Marine Business Retention Program within EFI; provides goals for program, including recruiting new & supporting existing marine businesses in state & promoting state's recreational marine industry through various venues; requires EFI, with DEP, to submit report to Legislature regarding effect of expedited permitting process on program goals; requires EFI to work with OTTED to provide additional tax incentives for recreational marine industry.
